Costs and Coverage
Good News!

Group Insurance and Employee benefits often have coverage for counselling with an MSW (Master of Social Work), RSW (Registered Social Worker) and Psychotherapists (such as Brandon) under Social Work or Psychotherapy.
If you're not sure, the easiest way to find out is to talk with your Human Resources worker or call up your Employee Group Benefit provider and ask. You can let them know Brandon is in good standing with the OCSWSSW in ONtario, or the BCCSW in BC.

If for some reason you thought counselling with Get Out Adventure Therapy was covered, and you get stuck with the bill, we won't leave you hanging. Chat with us about how we can help, including waiving the cost for the session. Counselling is hard enough without worrying about if it's covered or not.
Coverage is common for clients in our community from Equitable Life, Great-West Life, Manulife, Sun Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, and a bunch of other insurance companies.
Session costs
Session info and costs are listed individually here, but tend to be 120$ an hour, or 145$ for a 90 minute session which includes relevant gear for your activity. This is in line with other psychotherapists in our community. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee and less than 24 hours will result in a 100% fee. With this said... life happens, we get it, so let us know what's going on and we'll always try and work through it!

Payment is required during your session by E-transfer, credit or debit. A paid invoice will be emailed to you for your records.
